FIREHOUSE WORKOUT:
Warm-up, then 30-minute AMRAP of the following:
10 KB Swings, 5-10 Single-Arm KB Swings/side or 5-10 KB Snatches/side
20-45 seconds recovery
10 Push-Ups of any variation (Banded Push-Ups, Fist Push-Ups, Incline Push-Ups, Spiderman Push-Ups, etc.)
20-45 seconds recovery
