FIREHOUSE RECIPE: Coconut Lime Chicken

FIREHOUSE WORKOUT: 

  • Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 x 10

  • Decline Dumbbell Bench Press: 5 x 10

  • Inverted Row: 3 x 10 – 12

  • Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 3 x 15

  • Single-Leg Glute Bridge: 2 x 12 per side
