FIREHOUSE WORKOUT: Assault Bike Reverse Tabata
Tabata is 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest. A Reverse Tabata is 10 seconds of work, with 20 seconds of rest.
Pedal as hard as you can for 10 seconds, pedal easy for 20 seconds.
Repeat for 8 rounds/4 minutes.
