Chicken and Potatoes with Dijon Cream Sauce

FIREFIGHTER WORKOUT:
Chin-Ups or Pull Downs: 3 sets x 10 reps
Military Press: 3 sets x 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets x 10 reps
Squats: 3 sets x 10 reps
Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 3 sets x 10 reps
Finisher: Backward Sled Drag x 5 minutes (1/2 BW on sled)
