Do each exercise to failure, choosing a weight that you can’t do for any more than 8-10 reps.
Weighted Push-up: 2 x 8-10
Weighted Pull-up: 2 x 8-10
DB Lateral Raise: 2 x 8-10
Hex Bar Deadlift: 2 x 8-10
Goblet Squat: 2 x 8-10
