Chin-Ups or Pull Downs: 3 sets x 10 reps
Lying Lateral Raise: 3 sets x 10 reps
Incline Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets x 10 reps
Heels-Elevated Goblet Squats: 3 sets x 10 reps
Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 3 sets x 10 reps
Finisher: 6 x 30 yard Farmer's Carry (using the heaviest weight you can while safely performing all trips at a full distance)
