A. DB Bench Press: 5 x 8, rest 2-3 minutes between sets

B. Chest-Supported Row: 5 x 8, rest 2-3 minutes between sets

C. Cable Lateral Raise: 3 x 8, rest 2-3 minutes between sets

D. Weighted Pull-Up: 3 x 5-8, rest 2-3 minutes between sets

E. Hammer Curl: 3 x 20

F. DB Tricep Extension: 3 x 20
