Barbell Hip Thrust: 3 x 8
Single-Leg Seated Leg Curl + Single-Leg Leg Extensions: 3 x 12-15
Calf Extensions on Leg Press Machine: 3 x 20
Finisher: Sled Drags - 6 trips, 30 yards per trip
