FIREFIGHTER WORKOUT:
Romanian Deadlifts: 3 x 12
Step-Ups: 3 x 12 per leg (consider using a plyometric box to step up onto)
Leg Extensions (move backrest as far back as possible): 3 x 12
Calf Extensions on Leg Press Machine: 3 x 20
Finisher: Sled Drags - 6 trips, 60 yards per trip
