FIREHOUSE RECIPE: Balsamic Pork Chops

FIREHOUSE WORKOUT:
1. Get a rucksack (don’t overthink it, just get yourself a pack)
2. Add weight (a good place to start is to use a weight that’s equal to about 10 percent of your total bodyweight)
3. Put your pack on and walk or hike for 30 minutes (keep the weight high and stable next to your back)
