FIREHOUSE WORKOUT:
A) Decline dumbbell press: 50 reps on the first set, 40 on the second, 30 on the third, 20 on the fourth, and 10 on the final set
B) Skullcrusher with EZ-bar or dumbbells: 4 x 15
C) Overhead tricep extensions: 4 x 15
D) Push-up (various grip widths): 3 x near failure
