FIREHOUSE RECIPE: Creamy Chicken and Broccoli Soup

FIREFIGHTER WORKOUT:
Repeat the following for 6 rounds:
Perform a sled push for 30 to 60 yards one way. Choose a weight that allows you to produce high speed.
Upon completion of the sprint, grab a pair of dumbbells and walk back to where you started.
Rest for the amount of time it takes you to walk back to the sled.
