FIREHOUSE RECIPE: Pre-Workout Coffee
Ingredients
1/2-1 pack LMNT Chocolate Salt or Chocolate Caramel
14–16 oz coffee
5g of Creatine
Directions
Start with 1/2 stick pack LMNT, adding more if it suits your taste.
Blend all of the above until smooth.
Consume 20–30 minutes before training.
FIREFIGHTER WORKOUT:
Complete 4-5 rounds with minimal rest between movements:
8 Deadlifts
20 Alternating Kettlebell Snatches (10 per side)
12 Box Jumps
250-Meter Row
