Barbell Hip Thrust: 3 x 10
Single-Leg Seated Leg Curl + Standing Alternating Knee Raise (w/ankle weights – optional): 3 x 10-20
Calf Extensions on Leg Press Machine: 3 x 20
Finisher: Sled Drags - 6-8 trips, 30 yards per trip
