FIREFIGHTER WORKOUT: 

1. Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 x 10-20

2. Barbell Hip Thrust: 3 x 10

3. Single-Leg Seated Leg Curl + Standing Alternating Knee Raise (w/ankle weights – optional): 3 x 10-20

4. Calf Extensions on Leg Press Machine: 3 x 20

5. Finisher: Sled Drags - 6-8 trips, 30 yards per trip
