Barbell Hip Thrust: 2 x 8
Single-Leg Seated Leg Curl + Standing Alternating Knee Raise (w/ankle weights – optional): 2 x 8
Standing Calf Extensions: 2 x 10-20
Finisher: 6 x 30 yard Farmer's Carry (1/2 BW per hand)
