BOOK I’M ENJOYING
Counseling with Choice Theory by William Glasser M.D.: A positive alternative to traditional psychology, arguing that most psychological problems stem from unhappy relationships, not mental illness. Glasser's method emphasizes personal responsibility and helps people meet their needs for love, power, freedom, and fun through better choices, creating happier relationships and more satisfying lives.
UFF QUOTE OF THE WEEK
“The most powerful health intervention for firefighters isn't a new screening protocol but permission to acknowledge they're human beings with biological limits, not inexhaustible resources.”
