HIIT Rowing Workout
Warm-Up: Two to three minutes of rowing at a moderate pace.
30:30 Intervals: Alternate 30 seconds of rowing as fast as possible with 30 seconds of easy rowing.
Repeat for 10 rounds, for a total of 10 minutes.
Cool Down: Backward sled pull 1 x 5 min
