B1) Incline Plyo Push-Up – 3x6
B2) Incline Dumbbell Press – 3x10
C1) Broad Jump – 3x3
C2) Dumbbell RDL – 3x10
D1) Squat Jump – 3x6
D2) Leg Press – 3x10
