Deadmill Sprints
15-20 seconds deadmill sprint
30 seconds rest
Repeat 8 times
A deadmill sprint is when you run as hard as you can for a short duration of time on a treadmill that is either turned off or non-operational. You will need to hold onto the front bar with a close grip and lean into it in order to do this correctly.
