FIREFIGHTER WORKOUT
FIREHOUSE DEAD HANG CHALLENGE
Hang from a pull-up bar for as long as possible
Guidelines:
Feet must be completely off the floor
Both hands must use an overhand grip and stay on the bar (thumbs can be over or under)
Grip adjustments are allowed, but both hands must stay on the bar
Hang straight down; no swinging
The timer starts when you're fully hanging with both hands in position
The hang ends when any part of your body touches the ground or either hand slips below the bar
The firefighter who hangs the longest wins bragging rights!
