Weighted Dip: 2 x 6-10
Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press: 3 x 6-10
Decline Skull Crusher: 3 x 6-10
Farmer’s Carry Finisher: Do 6-8 rounds with the heaviest weight you can safely handle for 30 yards.
