8-Round HIIT (15 seconds on / 1 minute off)
Exercises:
Jump Squats
Bike Sprints
How to do it:
Odd Rounds (1, 3, 5, 7): Jump Squats
Even Rounds (2, 4, 6, 8): Bike Sprints
Go all out for 15 seconds
Rest for 1 minute between rounds
